Three ways we work
Custom document creation
You describe the job. You get a finished document in your business's own language, wording and service names.
- Service agreements and contracts
- Estimates, work orders and change orders
- Client intake and property/site information forms
- Job checklists, inspection sheets and logs
- Rate sheets, policy letters and client notices
Delivered as a print-ready PDF plus an editable source file, so it stays yours to change later without coming back to us.
Document review
Send the form or agreement you are already using. You get it back marked up, with a written summary of what we found.
- Gaps — the terms and fields most operators leave out
- Wording a customer can reasonably read two ways
- Fields that are asked for twice, or never used
- Practical fixes, written out so you can apply them
Review covers completeness, clarity and everyday practice — not legal effect. See the note below.
Paperwork consultation
A working session on the whole set of documents a small operation needs, and the order to put them in place.
- What you need on day one vs. what can wait
- How the pieces hand off — estimate to agreement to invoice
- What to keep on file, and for how long
- A written action list you keep afterwards
Done by phone, email, or video call. There is nothing to install and nobody has to drive anywhere.
How it works
Tell us what you need
The form below, a phone call, or an email. A rough description is enough to start — you do not need to know what the document should be called.
You get a quote
A fixed price and a turnaround date, in writing, within one business day. Nothing is charged and nothing is built until you say go.
We build it
A draft comes back for you to read. One round of revisions is included in every quote.
You keep the files
Final print-ready PDF and the editable source, emailed to you. Yours to use, edit and reprint with no ongoing fee.
What this costs — and what it earns
This is paperwork that pays for itself out of work you are already doing.
A signed agreement is what lets you ask for a deposit. A change order is what turns “while you’re here, could you…” into a billable line instead of a favour. An exclusions clause is what ends an argument at a paragraph instead of at a refund. A rate sheet is what stops a customer negotiating a price you already set.
Most operators are not underpricing the work. They are doing work their paperwork never gave them a way to charge for — and absorbing the jobs that go sideways because nothing was written down first. That is the money this is really about.
Document review
from $199
One document you already use, returned marked up with a written summary and the fixes spelled out.
Paperwork consultation
from $249
A working session on the whole set, plus a written action list you keep. Phone, email or video.
Custom document
from $449
One document built from scratch around your business. One revision round included. Print-ready PDF plus the editable source.
Core paperwork set
from $1,200
The six a service operation runs on — estimate, agreement, intake, work order, invoice, notice — built as a matched set with consistent terms. Built one at a time they would run over $2,600.
Every job is still quoted before it starts. The figures above are starting points, not a menu — price depends on how many documents you need and how much of your own wording and rates go into them. A single one-page form and a full set of client paperwork are not the same job, and pricing them the same would not be honest.
Quotes are fixed-price, not hourly, so the number you approve is the number you pay. Tell us what you need and you will have a price within one business day, with no obligation.
The line we do not cross
Not a law firm; nothing here is legal advice.
We draft and review business documents for completeness, clarity and everyday practice. We do not advise on legal effect, enforceability, or anyone's rights or obligations, and nothing we produce is a substitute for a licensed attorney in your state.
If a document matters enough that its legal effect is the point, have an attorney look at it. Plenty of operators do both — we build the working document, their attorney checks the terms.
Tell us what you need
The fastest way to reach us is directly — both go straight to the owner.
Or leave the details here and we will come back to you with a quote within one business day.
